The name “Hibiki” (響) means “echo” or “resonance” in Japanese. This word reflects our core philosophy — the way flavors, traditions, and experiences resonate and linger in our memories long after the meal is over. Inspired by the bustling streets of Tokyo, the sleek design of Japanese train stations, and the communal spirit of yakiniku (grilled meat), we envisioned a space where guests can savor world-class Wagyu in an atmosphere that blends authenticity, modernity, and warmth.
